- Bell peppers
- Homemade breadcrumbs
+ Extra virgin olive oil and salt
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Wash and cut bell peppers (don’t cut too small pieces or they’ll burn too fast) on an oven tray with parchment paper.
- Salt the peppers and spread a generous amount of breadcrumbs on them.
- Generously splash with oil.
