The sun is coming out, which means its time for fruity cocktails! Next time you’re basking in the beautiful weather, try making Rouge 75. A twist on the classic French 75, it contains muddled raspberries and orange zest.
Recipe adapted from Food & Wine Cocktails
2 orange twists
1 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ½ ounces gin
1 ounce chilled Champagne
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1 orange twist, the berries and the Simple Syrup. Add ice and the gin; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with the champagne and garnish with the twist.
