Cocktail Recipe: Whisky Arnold Palmer

This light and refreshing American favourite derives it's name from professional golfer Arnold Palmer. Half iced tea, half lemonade, it is perfect for brunch. If you want more of a kick, whisky is the ideal accompaniment. 

Whiskey Arnold Palmer
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 bag black tea
1 shot whisky
1 shot lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar 
Ice

Method:
Bring a pot of water to the boil, and brew one cup of tea. Dissolve sugar. Add ice, and when cold, add other ingredients.
