Hangover Breakfast

Every Fresher will undoubtedly experience more than their fair share of hangovers. If one morning you wake up feeling like death and can't bare the idea of walking into town for a fried breakfast, this simple hangover breakfast should set you right! So stock up your fridge in preparation as this day is bound to come sooner rather than later.

Hangover Smoothie

250ml milk
1 banana
1tbsp honey
cup of ice

The Hangover Smoothie recipe is very easy. Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until small bubbles form in the liquid and there are no chunks. Shake the blender to check for lumps of ice and banana.

Hangover Omelette

2 eggs
30g grated cheddar cheese
1 or 2 slices of cooked ham (chopped)
50ml milk
Splash of oil
Salt and pepper to taste

To make the omelette, pour a splash of oil in a frying pan and heat up. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry on a medium heat. Keep lifting up the corners of the omelette so the uncooked egg falls under the set egg. Once firm, sprinkle ham and ¾ of the cheese on top. To serve, fold the omelette in half and garnish with the rest of the cheese.

Keep hydrating and hopefully your hangover will have lessened enough for you to go out again that evening
